Quality Assurance 

 

We are very much proud of Quality Assurance system which  we have adopted at Fortune House. We have taken this concept from Japanese manufacturing as they have moved from "Quality Control" to "Quality Assurance". QA system focus on ensuring quality at the source during the process, where QC system check the quality after the product have been manufactured. There are different kind of audits which we perform on behalf of our customer. Some of these are :

 

1- Social Audit:

        Everybody is aware of its importance in all kind of business activities. We have fully trained and well experienced staff who can conduct a full-fledged social audit of any business. Things which are covered in this audit are:

            1- Check on child labor.

            2- Wages according law.

            3- Safety of workers at work place.

            4- Treatment of effluent water.

2- In-line Audits:

        One of the back bone of our commitment to deliver quality to our customer, are our in-line quality audits. We always make sure that our quality inspector is present at the manufacturing floor so that he/she can monitor quality during the manufacturing chain. This is how we can manage to control the quality at the source and hence avoid delays for customer and material and time losses to the vendor.

3- Final Audit: 

        The final audit is done with using all the latest statistical sampling techniques. Sample size can be vary according to the customer requirements. We always suggest our customer to have their shipment audited at AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.0, which is the international standard of all the major quality conscious buyers.
